Sweeter Soils was proud to be a foundation sponsor of the National Biological Farming Conference and Expo 2016.
The conference brought together a diverse group of national and international industry-leading farmers and
scientists who have embraced sustainable farming through biology.

Centred around the theme “Pay Dirt,” the conference focussed on enhancing soil biodiversity for improved
productivity and profit and long-term sustainability.

Sweeter Soils Director Paul Edwards introduced keynote speaker Jamie Jurgens, a fifth generation farmer who has
successfully incorporated biological farming practices into his operation. In his speech, Paul expressed great
interest in the future of biological farming and in the ever-growing range of products becoming available on the
market – including, of course, Bactivate!
